Companies (Amendment) Act 2020
The Companies Amendment Act 2020 has been passed amending few sections of the existing Companies Act, 1994 to eliminate the requirement of seal for a company to get registered, for which Bangladesh would probably jump quite numbers of notches in the index of ease of doing business. On the other hand, the company appointed attorney may execute any deeds /documents on behalf of the company without having a company seal for getting a property registered in the name of the company.
